Ant Hill - Training Board

Ant Hill by Antworks - perfect for a strong upper body. The pegboard is made of multi-layer birch wood and comes with an excellent, clean finish. The delivery includes two pegs in addition to the relevant mounting material. The pegs will fit perfectly (inserted at a slight angle) into the openings of the pegboard. Use the pegs for hand over hand ascending and descending on the board. The exercise forces the climber to temporarily hang from one peg until the next is placed. This training is particularly effective for practicing both ascend and descend (plus you won't need a chair to get the pegs back out of the top holes).Note: The Anthill Pegboard is designed for vertical mounting. When mounted horizontally, you won't be able to train at all, because the peg holes are slanted towards the top of the board for optimized hold.
