π§Ύ 1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- All original tags, accessories, and manuals must be included
- Products showing signs of damage caused by misuse may not qualify for return
Important note for climbers:
For safety reasons, items such as climbing harnesses, helmets, carabiners, and shoes must not show any wear or outdoor use to be eligible.

To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps:

- Receive return instructions and shipping authorization
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided return address
- Once received, we will inspect and process your request within 4β7 business days

Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard)
- Processing time: 2β3 weeks
- Exact timing may vary depending on your card issuer or banking institution
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
