EMS Standard Shipping: 12–24 business days – Free for orders over $50

7. Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Processing Time:

Returns are inspected and processed within 4–7 business days
Refunds are issued within 2–3 weeks depending on your payment provider

Product-Specific Quality Coverage:

Climbing hardware (carabiners, harnesses, helmets, ropes):
Covered for manufacturing defects only. Safety-critical gear must not show signs of use.
Climbing shoes & apparel:
No long-term warranty. However, any visible defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
General outdoor accessories:
Covered for 30-day quality assurance, including shipping damage when reported with photos within 24 hours.

We kindly remind customers that wear from outdoor climbing activity is considered normal use and not a product defect.
